On June 28,2004,Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital earned the “Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™.” According to the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO), this accreditation is achieved after an organization demonstrates compliance with national standards for health care quality and safety which the commission reviews.
